I called the number back and it said it was some polling service taking polls over the phone.

Called me to lower my credit card debt ... jerks .. why do they call my cell and I'm on the do not call list as well need to file a complaint but to whom?

Calls come in now as a "cell phone."  Same "Card Services" messages about a (nonexistent) credit card or a car warranty or mortgage . . . pure nonsense.  Robo calls that should not be made.  They just keep changing their phone numbers to make it difficult to block them.  I hope the feds do investigate and put these people out of business.  They have zero respect for the people they call and the Do Not Call Registry. I just question if there are people out there falling for these crazy calls and revealing personal information?  I hope not.  This is so wrong.

Pete M- I have gotten 13 calls from them since December 9, 2008 and even more before that. I do have all the numbers, dates, times and caller id info documented since Dec 9. Your response says to reply, to where?TO everyone- these people area horrible and it will not help to ask to be removed from the list because they are not a real company, they do not follow the 'do not call' lists. All my calls come from Florida. When they have not hung up on me or yelled at me they have always given me the company name 'Card Services'. Today they said Nationwide Warrenty Center.
