I'm on a DNC list, why do I keep receiving calls like this?  I called the number back and it went to a "I'm sorry you have reach a disconnected number"Why are people or organizations allowed to play with us like this? There has got to be something done about these types of calls.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I called the number back and got a recording that the number was "not assigned".

They want to lower my CC rate. Bollocks!  Once again, on a DNC list and they are calling my cell.  I have better things to do.
