These scumbags call me from time to time. THis is clearly a spoofed number. Easy to do if you know how.

They either know I have credit trouble and want my credit card numbers so they can lower my interest rate, claiming they are the ones that make the decisions on rates, OR they know for a fact that the warranty on my vehicle is about to expire.

Well, I press 1 every time so get to one of their skilled and competent customer service advisors. I ask them which car they're talking about. They say they don't have the info. I insist they do since they called me.

Basically, I waste as much of their time as I can. I find it entertaining that they start so nice and they get so hostile by the end of the call.
