This # and a couple more have been calling with the same recorded message.  I WOULD NOT ADVISE YOU TO PUSH ANY OF THEIR NUMBERS WHEN ASKED.  I don't know for sure, but have heard there are over seas scams that do this same sort of thing, and ask you to press a number, and by doing so, you give them the freedom to bill your phone number an ungodly amount of money.  Then you do owe the phone company this money, because you pressed the number.  I am not trying to scare you, but I would contact your phone service provider to make sure, because I myself do not know for sure.
