Got a call from them, first on one number and then on another.  The person says his name, and that he's "calling you from my office out of Buffalo NY" for "my client, Bank of America" which "has retained my office to represent them regarding a pending legal matter".  Unfortunately, in my case, it's a valid call (an unpaid credit card).  He said for me to call him back at 1-+1 800-545-2386 (which, interestingly, isn't listed in the database).

I received a call today from these sharks. I just so happened to be at my parents' house when the phone rang. I answered it. I knew from previous experience that this was a collector (they've called my home and cell phone CONSTANTLY!). I know I owe a debt and am currently working with an attorney. These sharks can't seem to figure out how to contact my attorney. Anyways, I pretended to be my sister, and this yahoo starts telling me how I need to contact myself because they are going to sue me for an ungodly amount of money and that I need to be contacted right away. I tried telling him that we don't see "me" anymore, and he got really nasty and told me that he wanted to speak to an adult in the household. When I said there wasn't an adult here, he hung up. They are just so stupid and rude. I know I owe a debt, but using the scare tactics that they use is ridiculous!!! And against the law! Jerks!

Today I have received call from the +15000000000.But I don't understand who are calling me from this number.Because when I was connected with thIs number that times I was  hearing to narrow voice frequency so I was advise them please sending me email about of my email address. Next I will sending by sms my email id but yet I have no reply back to them.So I wants to know for that who was calling me? Or May l thInk this Is fraud call.?

has anyone received these phone calls after someone close passes away? just a thought, because this has happened to me 3 time in the past 2 years

I would have thought that with the $800 billion dollar bailout that all of our debts would be paid off!
