I got the same call but from a man. He ask me if I was the owner of my computer. I said "yes". He ask if I was in front of my computer. I said "No". He then said he would wait until I was that there was a problem with the windows operating system. I ask him if he was going to try and take control of my computer and make changes. He said no, he was going to help me. I told him to send me the information I need and he hung up. I researched the 456 area code and found a site that said this "is a non-geographic area code used to route inbound calls from locations outside the N. America Numbering Plan to specific services.

I received a call from this number from a woman with an Indian Accent.  She told me that I had problems with my computer and asked me to goto the computer and run a scan / offline program.  At that point I asked her if she was familiar with the Do Not Call List.  She was not.  I explained it to her and asked to speak to her supervisor.  I also asked for her direct extension.  When I asked for that information she told me no she would not provide me with her extension or let me speak to her supervisor.  Then before I could inquire further the woman hung up the call.

Got a call from this number about 5 minutes ago.  Caller was female with an accent that sounded like she was from India.  Kept telling me that there was a problem with my computer.  When asked what kind of problem and how did she know my computer was involved she said it was on all computers that use Windows.  She  never said what it was going to cost but did try to get me to log on to the computer and then she was going to help me with the problem.  At that point, I just said no thanks and hung up.
