Yet another call from the "Gangsters" who got my address and number last year while staying in Cancun, Mexico. The timing of these calls couldn't be more precise. Even though I've been on the DNC since day 1, I have been receiving this type call every week(sometimes twice a week) or so for a year, since returning from Cancun. I have reported them at www.donotcall.gov and to the FBI(at least 6 or 7 times). I don't think any of them are paying attention. The Hotel I stayed in was clearly a "Front" where they were collecting people's identities for fraud. I was so concerned about it, I left several days early so I could cancel my credit card and put on a Fraud Alert at the Credit Bureaus. Do not go to Cancun!!! I've been there several times in the past, but I will never go again. Be extremely careful!

The call came in as 'unknown name' on caller id. did not answer as it was a 000 prefix and have been warned about outrageous phone bills attached to these 'strange' numbers. left no message and I did not answer.

Have been receiving calls from "credit card services" asking to dial "9" if interested in reducing credit card rate to 6.75%. We always hang up as there is no information offered other than a caller first name. Looks like a phishing scam to obtain information on current card holdings.

Caller Type: Telemarketer Phone Number Report: They called again this evening for the fourth day in a row.I pressed 9 (which is the only option),and a guy came on the line. I said "I am telling you again to NOT call here. I am on the Do Not Call list, and have reported you". He yelled at me saying "then don't press 9, that HE wasn't on the Do Not Call list, and your're not your husband don't answer the phone". Then he called me a useless "b**ch" and hung up. I don't have a husband. I ran "call trace" on the number, which goes to the police department. I also called the phone company (AT&T-useless) and will once again report them to the DNC. If that number comes up again, I will hit auto answer on my fax machine and then press 9. My 90 year old mother is also getting calls from them. Told her not to answer, but it is very disturbing to her.
