I got a call from this number too.  This guy claims he's from The Energy Council (council of what I don't know) and that he represents Hydro Quebec (or at least he words it that way).  He was informing me that I can lower my energy costs.I questioned him about his credentials (who he represents) and he eventually got rude, accused me of not listening, and then hung up.

I just receive a call from that company named Uni Vert Confort, they told me about saving energy... I accepted to meet them with my wife... I was curious about how it could be.... Finally i was pleased about it...

I received same, numerous calls, numerous times, and after speaking to the person, make a long story short, I now have a credit card with my name on it, and UNI Vert Confort as the company I belong to. This is a scam place, and I have contacted the RCMP concerning this

A lady called and insisted that my wife and I had to be present for a 45 minute presentation on whether my thermo pump was in accordance to new regulations. She mentioned grants from Hydro Quebec. She started to get impatient and sarcastic after I refused. She mentioned Uni Vert Confort after questioning her. The number on my caller ID was (514) 317-9346.
