Just got a call from 321-9481, not sure if it is a 514 or 450 area code my caller ID did not specify. When I picked up there was no sound and then it hung up. This was at 10:12 a.m.

I keep getting the call from this number. No one answers and the phone has no sound coming from it. They call me at least 4 times a day. When I call back I get a voice mail. Which I cannot understand him too well. It is something  g.quebec. I have been getting this call for a least a months now.
