The Caller ID on this call said Mercier PQ and I do know that the area code belongs in Quebec Canada because I have customers there. ?This was a recorded message about health insurance for the uninsurable, so I know that it originated somewhere in the US because Quebec has national health care. I listened to the whole message and then pressed the "2" to be taken off their list. We'll see what happens.
