This is a number from a long distance scam company. They want you to push a series of numbers which will result in them tacking some significant long distance charges to your telephone bill. If you want to know where they got your number from, they got it from Canada's wonderful Do Not Call Registry which works for the good guys but is open season for the scam artists. Do not return this call and do not answer this call.

Just got a call 5 mins ago, I only answer calls from people I recognize, otherwise they can leave a message. As stated by another inputter - it is worth the few extra $/month to subscribe to call display.
