There were some telemarketing caller centers funded in Montreal since a couple years ago. They all followed the same pattern by renting some space of a floor in a business building without any sign ouside - some are not even listed on the name catagory board at the building entrance; however most of them are using the (1-8XX) business phone numbers, not the local number to make calls, unlike this one more openly now. The Quebec government approved their licences to expect increasing local employment rate and to solve the worsened economical problem; but I don't think the government awares about the serious abusive calling from these centers. You can file an impeachment report with all the fact to the local commerce affair department and cc to the law enforcement authorities each time upon seeing a case happening, so the government can have a stand ground for further investigation. Once the case is proven, the police will be able to follow up to take all the other numbers of their possession into coustedy.

Got a call from this number in Calagry...Went to voice mail but they did not leav any message

Just got a call from this number - no message and my phone provider won't allow me to block this call.  It's from Montreal.

Spam call on my cell.

Received this call at 3 today, Sunday afternoon.  Silence when I answered, so hung up.  I thought telemarketers would not call on a Sunday out of courtesy!  Guess not!  Area code is out of Montreal???  Shame on them!   D^>^

Got 2 calls one from this number and another a digit different in my cell phone here in Calgary. Did not answer and no voice mail.  Wish I could toss these people and their phones into the -40 weather for awhile....
