A lady called from this number, said a few quick words and hung up (unsure if it was actually French) Caller ID said Canada. If it's not a robotic call, that lady must have a heck of a phone bill!

i did redial 3 times and each time i heard the same  thing in french and then it hung up. i think it was a recording.

Yeah I got a call from that # @ 9:03 pm, I didn't answer but I did hear a woman say....I'm not leaving a message.... on my answering machine & hung up

My husband answered. A woman said a few words to him in a foreign language and hung up on him. Call happened on 9/3/2015 @ 9:45pm. She called our verizon house phone.

This is a data mining scam.  They call to ensure the number is active.  They sell the numbers to telemarketers later.
