The ID says Bell Canada.  1st time when I answered there was a recording congratulating me on winning a Royal Caribbean cruise to which I hung up.  Another call came in and my answering machine picked up and it was the same recording but the 1st part was cut off.  Haven't received any more since yesterday (3/15).  I'm on DNC list - don't know why these calls get by.  FCC is useless as I've called them before on previous annoyances - they told me they can't go after every complaint they get but had me file a complaint anyway.  Anyone out there have any luck with FCC?

Pre-recorded message announcing:  "Congratulations!  You have been selected to receive a free cruise on Royal Carribean.  If you want to take advantage of this offer, please press "1". I hung up.

We get these calls regularly, but thanks to our caller ID service we are able to ignore them.

Unfortunately the fact that these call originate from Canada, they are not affected by any of our do not call lists.

Hopefully, they will tire of never getting an answer from our phone.

The DNC list is useless.  Random dialiing by computers makes us targets for ALL solicitors.  If you go to a web site, they say thats enough to be considered having done business with them so it puts them in the ok to call category.  What a waste of government funds....again.

Wasn't home when they called ID name is Bell Canada. I called the number and it says GBI560P... then it begins a count-down. I hung up quick, I got a feeling this is a hijack and somehow I will be billed for their call. I'm going to keep an eye onmy bill and report it to AT&T and the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.

Got a call today from a private caller that all it does is beep we have these a couple days a week and some time after have scammers or telemarkets call trying to sell or something weird. So today got this number call asked about my credit card which I don't have one and when said don't have on eh said oh my. So good intecators it's a scam.  Be careful.
