Same here calls me all freaking day and when i call back no answer what a loser

they called me this pm left no message..

Ok I knew I owed a past pay day loan and paid that off.  But now I received 2 different calls one from James Brown LOL  518-659-8082 ext 147 fax 518-514-1292 email:jamesbrown165 @ usacops.com
beware they are as fraudulent as the others but really sound convincing! Claims he is not a debt collector but works for the bureau of crime investigation.

Got a call from this number, called my cell several times, recited my last four of my social, when I hung up on him he started to call my work phone, reciting several bits and pieces of my information. I work as a receptionist and I have had calls very similar for other employees of mine, they state similar things like, I work for a federal Bureau, we have warrant for your arrest, you have a payday loan, etc, etc, DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. They want you to somehow consent to paying them money but will not give you any straight info. They are all indian/arabian accents and no matter who they transfer you to, they all sound the same. Just hanging up doesnt do any good. You will have to threaten them with legal matters or be very creative with what you say back to them.

I got 3 calls back to back from this number. When I would answer there was nobody on the line. The forth call I received should up on my caller ID as ?911? when I answered a man claiming to be an officer from the sheriffs department where I live (there is no sheriff?s department where I live) and told me I was used as a reference on a loan from a mutual friend and there was a warrant for her arrest for defaulting on this loan. He also claimed there was also a warrant for my arrest for being used as a reference. I told him to contact this mutual friend and give her the message himself. He then got irritated with all my attitude and lack of responses and hung up, but not before telling me she would be arrested within 2 hours.  I contacted my friend who called the local police department and there was no warrant for her arrest. At the same time I was receiving these calls so was she from a different phone number. This same man left a message on her voice mail stating that she would now be arrested on Monday, instead of Friday. It totally makes since that the police department would give you a heads up that you were going to be arrested and then wait till after the weekend to do so.  What a bunch of BS. Isn?t impersonating an officer illegal in all states? Jerk.
