Got a call from this number (416) 963-9829. Some guy Bob Smith claiming a decrease of the Visa interest rate to between 1-4%. Too good to be true. Do not give out your information. They even give you an alternate number 214-377-1345 to call and they claim is Visa. When you call that number... immediately someone answers (indian or middle eastern descent)... imagine that... getting through to a visa rep with a direct line.... doesn't happen.I then called CIBC visa... they have no idea of any promotion and say that no promotion like the one described above would ever happen.I've reported the call to Phonebusters.... their number is 1-+1 888-495-8501
