Called around 5:30 in the morning Eastern Time, heard only background noises on the line.

called me at 10pm. When answered, nobody spoke.

got a call from this number several times when i was on my vacation in toronto. i guess this is a forwarded number from other countries, it was linked with a BellPhone service provider. If you don't want to be charged, do not pick it up.

got this call on sunday sept 1st, 08. i heard background noise and then a female on the other end sneezed and hung up.
seem to be getting many calls like this, both on my old line that i had for 15 years with rogers, and with the brand new number that i've had for a week, which is a brand new family plan thats in my bothers name (my name is not associated with the account). so its not a collection agency.
anyways, i want to know who does this kind of crap so i can go any pay their business a personal visit and let them know how very pleased I am to be receiving their calls.
