This was Rogers phoning me back with additional information after I finished speaking to them.

This is Rogers Technical Service & unfortunately their name is not shown on Caller ID so we did not answer the call - but subsequently called them back - regarding an appointment.

The number (416) 935-5555 called me today at 9:23pm.  the gentlemen told me that a fido client called Leonardo was attempting to change the Telus number (416) 316-7696 to Fido.  I told the caller and he agreed that the representative must have made a mistake.  I didn't call back the number for any further investigation.  Does Rogers own Fido now?

i just received a call from this number, i didnt recognize it and thought it was work calling me in so i left it...on call sucks lolanyway it turned out to be rogers tech support calling to say they have fixed the network issue i complained about about a week ago.

You should consider you own spelling and grammatical abilities before complaining about someone else's.
