This phone number showed up on my visa statement as a charge to my account from Kijiji. Small amount of 2.99 Never authorized it. It's a scam

Same exact Kijiji CC scam here! A 2.99 charge followed a few days later with a 2.99 refund. Two weeks later (on Nov 12/2013) a blitz of other larger unauthorized charges. Visa caught it and froze my account, card is now cancelled. Must be quite a widespread Internet scam!

It could also mean someone has your credit card info.
