I have had this number call my mobile phone five times since August 1, 2013.  I believe that it is from the charity "Because I am a Girl".  They now have a follow up call back feature for those people who don't commit to donate when they first contact (accost) you.  I've already told them face to face that I will donate when I can.

Oh i called there once too and found it that the number is a shared space for phone fundraisers from charities like Plan "Because I am a girl" Doctors without borders and amnesty etc. i had left my number for a call back with a fundraiser before on the street so that's why they had called me from that number...but io bet they get a lot of wrong numbers too : (
