I also received the call and hang up numerous times from this number before blocking them. Then someone phoned from teleperformance claiming to be acting on behalf of Rogers. After the calling and hanging up I told them I didn't want to talk to them.

Luck would have it the CEO has her email address floating around the internet... Enter random extensions and berate whoever picks up. They never remove a number. They farm numbers from online forms and then call you from this UNKNOWN number and when you call to have your number removed they tag it as a confirmed number and add it to the list to sell.
