Enter random extensions and berate whoever picks up. They never remove a number. They farm numbers from online forms and then call you from this UNKNOWN number and when you call to have your number removed they tag it as a confirmed number and add it to the list to sell.

They just called me.  They are Teleperformance Canada when I called them back.  At least I could find out who called.  They offered to remove my name from their calling list...

They called me and saved me over $100 on my cell phone bill.  They are a worldwide telecommunication company that does special campaigns for a lot of large organizations.  All companies are going this route because its alot cheaper than getting in house to do it.  Even our own government has done it with drivetest.  That's why most of you ignorant people that post these comments don't have a clue about what you are talking about.  Don't b***h and say "why is my bill so high" and "why does rogers never offer me any deals"  Because when deals are trying to be offered, most of you are too dumb and ignorant to listen to what the telemarketer/salesperson have to say before making your decision on whether you want a product or service.  So all of you that complain of high bills and lack of savings, deal with it because all companies are doing it this way!!!!

What about sicking the lawyers on them?

Ever considered a class action lawsuit?  Lawyers will generally work on a contingency basis, i.e. no fees unless you win or get a settlement.

I'm not speaking on behalf of Teleperformance, however, maybe do a little more research before bitching like this.

Luck would have it the CEO has her email address floating around the internet... I'm sure a quick email mentioning you will be contacting the Privacy Commissioner of Canada about constant calls will put an end to them for good!
