I have had the same experience with this number in the Oakville area.

we receive atleast two to three calls a day from (416) 922-2315, there is no on on the other end whenever we receive the calls. i left a message asking them to take my number of their telemarketing list to no avail.
this is extremely irritating. will call rogers and ask them to deal with this.

I also received the call and hang up numerous times from this number before blocking them. Then someone phoned from teleperformance claiming to be acting on behalf of Rogers. After the calling and hanging up I told them I didn't want to talk to them.

Luck would have it the CEO has her email address floating around the internet... They called me and saved me over $100 on my cell phone bill.  They are a worldwide telecommunication company that does special campaigns for a lot of large organizations.  All companies are going this route because its alot cheaper than getting in house to do it.  Even our own government has done it with drivetest.  That's why most of you ignorant people that post these comments don't have a clue about what you are talking about.  Don't b***h and say "why is my bill so high" and "why does rogers never offer me any deals"  Because when deals are trying to be offered, most of you are too dumb and ignorant to listen to what the telemarketer/salesperson have to say before making your decision on whether you want a product or service.  So all of you that complain of high bills and lack of savings, deal with it because all companies are doing it this way!!!!
