They have every right to call you because you are a customer of Rogers. The DNC list does not apply if you are a customer of a company, they can call you at will.

we receive atleast two to three calls a day from (416) 922-2315, there is no on on the other end whenever we receive the calls. i left a message asking them to take my number of their telemarketing list to no avail.
this is extremely irritating. will call rogers and ask them to deal with this.
