I got this phone call twice a day... and i live in vancouver and i dont know of anyone in toronto.what info do you have on this?

I got a call from this number and no one left a message. From google searching I found the information is linked to:

I get two calls also from this number and it leaves an automated message prompting me to call immediately another number about a collection-overdue account. This is a scam that operates to trick people into thinking they have an overdue account that they have to pay, so they give their credit info and are ripped off. Everyone needs to report calls from this number. I'm trying to find out as much as I can about it so I can stop the harassment. Some people say that the operators have told them they are Rogers reps, so be careful. It's fraud. Don't ever give credit info over the phone because you can never be sure who you're talking to.
