If you check the BBB in Canada it says that this company is NOT accredited with the BBB but has a history of violating the BBB policy and indicating that they are with the BBB. The Better Business Bureau has refused them accreditation because of poor service, low quality products and refusal to respond to complaints.

Buyer beware - if they fraudulently say they are with the BBB, how good can their product be??????

What I do is make about 20 copies of their own fax – and any other I receive – and fax it back to them. Just make sure you program your fax not to show your fax number. I just sent 60 faxes their way today!!!

I have tried several times to have my personal office line removed from their fax database.  Needless to say I have had NO joy!!! SO did some reverse engineering and found the following.....If you are just as upset as I am then here is what you can do.Call Milica Flood at (416) 806-5924.... Here is a reply I got after sending a supposed request to distribute faxes for me...It is our company that provides the fax distribution...we have our own database.Pricing is as follows:10,000 @ .03 cents per fax20,000 @ .02 cents per fax50,000 @ .01 cents per faxPlease feel free to call me if you have any questions.
