If you check the BBB in Canada it says that this company is NOT accredited with the BBB but has a history of violating the BBB policy and indicating that they are with the BBB. The Better Business Bureau has refused them accreditation because of poor service, low quality products and refusal to respond to complaints.

Buyer beware - if they fraudulently say they are with the BBB, how good can their product be??????

What I do is make about 20 copies of their own fax – and any other I receive – and fax it back to them. Just make sure you program your fax not to show your fax number. I just sent 60 faxes their way today!!!

We have to stop these faxes it is costing a fortune in ink and paper and there should be a law against this kind of advertising. I have called Mass-Media Inc  4 times to get my fax number removed and I just received 3 faxes.  So now I call the advertisers and tell them to remove my fax number and that I would never deal with them because this kind if marketing is unacceptable. If advertisers do not get results only complaints maybe we can stop this from happening

I received a fax and then called this number (416) 907-7555) that advertises One Stop Professionals for Home Renovations. Don't ever hire anyone that sends mass faxes. They change their land lines so I'm sure they would be hard to get ahold of if you weren't happy with their work.

The fax lists a number 747-724-3479 to call to be removed from the list. I've called each time I've received a fax and they say my number has already been removed. Don;t know why I keep receiving faxes then.

I have filed a complaint with the CRTC, let's see if they do anything. It's been a week and I haven't heard from them.

The fax sates the company is Mass-Media Inc and gives a phine umber that is bogus, too many nyumbers (905) 698-01111, the adress is also bogus #105 - 13321 Yonge Street Suite 250, Richmond Hill, on L4E 0K5.

Whenever I get faxes from this company I call the firm and complain, usually only get a machine & not calls back. A few times I found the name of the advertiser and got their fax number and sent them numerous faxes of a letter compalining about them using this company.

I also received a fax from Mass-Media fax # (416) 900-4633. I can't call to have it removed because they hang up, sent back faxes and informed them to remove my #....still getting faxes. Tried to get through to the CRTC....10-15 minutes wait. I will try again later. Just in case you don't have the # to CRTC; 1-+1 888-495-8501 If we all call maybe we'll get somewhere!

More of the same.  Called the numbers of the firms and said "please don't send out godam unsolicited faxes."  

Anyone who can get these folks removed is doing a _good thing_.
