every day they call and hang up. im on the dncl also quit calling

i keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone; for those times i did pick up there is a beep and then it hangs upi've listed it in my do not answer contact but it's so weird sometimes i just can't help myself but answer

Every couple of days around the same time. Then a couple of hours later if I don't answer it.
