There ought to be a law against mid-representing yourself as a "local caller" when in fact you are sitting in some dingy boiler room in Mumbai.  AGAIN, FINES or the ability to BLOCK such numbers permanently, are what is needed.  Hello, CRTC?????  Anyone home at YOUR place????
