J' would like cancelled my order now Thank you

They have no live person I have called many times now I will try to cancel my charges at the bank.

NatureBerry is a SCAM! I had read the small print and had phoned up and cancelled both the acai berry and colon cleanse but they continued to charge me for the acai berry.  I eventually got it refunded by emailing support @ viv3.com.  I was in the right so they had to refund me and I requested my phone transcipts and they never gave them to me. I also incurred bank charges because of them illegally taking money out of me account but they wont refund the charges of £75 and wont tell me who regulates the company so i can complain.

I've accepted the free trial online,the S&H was all i had to pay,$3.95 but $119.02(£ 74.10)was debited from my account. I have not confirmed any other order therefore and I don't want absolutly way to receive your products any more. Actually I've not receive the tablets.How do i get my money back and cancel this??The reference on my bank statement said natureberry and (416) 900-1137 number,i was going to call tomorrow,please help!!

Placed my free trial order, then charged $147.63, then 2 weeks later another $145.70. I have not received any more acai berry capsules, and cannot conact them in any way. I will now have to cancell my credit card. If anyone can advise me of a way to contect them please send me an email, chip @ bigpond.net.au

I had the same experiences with this company I have called the number and I could not get a hold of just a recorder. They scamming a lot of people out of their money
