WTF?!?

Had this number call my cell phone yesterday, didn't recognize it and let it go to voicemail.  No message left.Googling the number shows it to be:Thoma's Traffic Ticket Defence2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 750Mississauga, ON  L4Z 1H8Haven't had a traffic ticket in over 20 years.

Haven't had a traffic ticket in over 20 years.

A second call within 10 minutes of the first one.  Filed a complaint on the CRTC website, not that I expect it to do any good.
