Same here, the voice response on the number when you call it is from the user of the line, it is not a Bell Canada message, so that is a bit dishonest as well.

This # called Friday night 8:30pm saying they were Industry Canada conducting a survey.   I declined.

(This is my 5th message.) In retrospect, I doubt there was anything fishy going on. I didn't answer the original call, so the telemarketer wouldn't have a call record, and therefore no one was spoofing the number.

I was called by this number and they claimed to be offering me new discount services from Bell Canada.When I asked them why it did not say "Bell Canada" on the caller I.D. he said he was offering services on behalf of Bell Canada.  I asked them if they could read me my Bell Canada account number than I would proceed with the call.  They said they had no access to my Bell Canada account and I hung up on them after requesting to be removed from their list.

I just received a call from (416) 861-0870. I answered and the person on the phone identified as an Industry Canada employee. He had all my personal and
company information; name, completed address, telephones. He told me that everything is to update the Industry Canada’s files. He asked me for the fax number which was the only one he did not have. I gave it to him thinking is Industry Canada.
Minutes later I called back that number and I got this message: "The number you have reach is not in service"
