The guy has extremly bad altitude. ?Who he is?

All of you above should just pay your bill's and you wont get these calls anymore alway looking for a way out not to pay your bill's shame on you

He called at my work... And even more, on another site of my compagny cause the one where I'm working wasn't answer the phone o_O I'm gonna loose my job if they're not stopping that, and no one gonna get paid... :S Stupid people... o_O

This guy comes across pretty aggressively,will not identify either himsel or his company. Is very persistant in his questioning ,will not take no for an answer. I tried to block his calls but the phone company technicians said they were unable,  for some unknown reason , able to do so.He must have some sort of device to stop the being blocked. the phone number is  for NOR DOM COLLECTION INC  (NCM) It took a long time but this is how I got rid of him.First I told him on each call not to call me anymore, after a couple of weeks I told him all his calls are being recorded and will be forwarded to FCC.GOV.CA   as an official complaint  of harrassment.  So far so good . No more calls from a pain in the butt

This guy called, got my machine.  I called back asap and there was a woman on the voicemail.  I informed them they will not get a hold of me by phone but I will be happy to converse with them through email.  They didn't call back for a while and I never got any email from them.
For the last while I've been getting these really faint phone messages from a woman but they're so quiet the machine hangs up on the person before they can leave the whole phone number.  It just happened and I googled the number from call display to get this one again.  Weird tactic?  I guess they're correct when in their mail they say they tried to get a hold of me without success.  Symantics.
