called and listened for a few seconds and then hung up

Got a call a few minutes ago.  Phone only rang a couple times.

Had a call stating they were from the Toronto Policeman's Association. I explained that our household was not giving any more charitable donations at this point and was told "We are not a charity". I got upset with this answer and received an irate response saying "Look just yes or no, ok?" It seems "we are not giving to charities at this point" is unclear.
