Really

Blow a whistle in the phone? Really? Why not just NOT answer. The people calling are just doing their job. I would rather see them working than sitting on their asses at home collecting EI. Has anyone asked Scotia Bank why their information has been given to this company? And if Scotia Bank or Royal Bank or whoever, learns of this so called "fraudulent/spam" activity using their company name, wouldn't they pursue to have it stopped? And if this truly is a fraudulent company, how did they get your personal information? How safe is your personal information that you provided to these banks in the first place. They are whom you need to talk to and address. Blowing a whistle in someone's ear trying to earn wages is a bit ridiculous. Some of you might say: "who would want to work in a place like that and do that to people?" ...... It's not something I would want to do, that's for sure, but I'd rather do that than clean toilets all day.

Called me everyday between 4 and 6pm for the past 4 days. Didn't answer because I don't answer if I don't know the number.. They can leave a message but they haven't. Very annoying tho.

I just received a call from this number.  I do not answer unknown numbers since they are usually marketting calls.  This is most likely the case again since no message has been left.  If they call again, I will pick up and verify what company is calling...if someone else is able to identify before me...please log!  We all appreciate it!.

Calling with no message, as everyone here has had. The best thing to do is, if you have time, answer and try to take up as much time of theirs as you can. Start the conversation by asking their full name, business name, where they are calling from, toll free phone number (all businesses have one), and anything else you can think of. Write it all down, then spend as much time as you can, giving them false information.
Not answering does nothing, the same as picking up and not waiting for an answer. The only way to fight back is to waste their time. Also, when you are done with the conversation, have a whistle by the phone. A quick blast from that will make them wish they were not wearing a headset. :)

(it's time to start fighting against this harassment, and do not expect anyone to help you. You must help yourself.)

Called a few times over the last few days. Didn't answer. The call at 6:45 am this morning was the last straw. Saw people say that they claim to be Scotiabank when I looked up annoying number, so I call Scotiabank. They tell me that they have NO SUCH NUMBER on their calling lists ANYWHERE, so it's a SCAM. Do not give info. to them if you like to keep your life in order!

I received a call from this number once at 8:22pm on a weekday.I did not answer, as I rarely answer unknown numbers. They did not leave a voicemail. They have never called back.
