I called, asked them to remove my number and they said they couldn't.  Told them I would charge them with harassment under the new 'do not call' law and they said 'go ahead'.  I think everyone should start charging these companies.  I'm tired of them calling me at home AND at work!!!.

I tried entering 00000 when prompted then by 604 cell phone number after the first call but I got 3 more calls after that.  How long should it take to remove someone's number?

This is coming in at work and incapacitating our phone line, can it be reported????

Once is asks for an extention enter 00000 and then it will ask for the 10 digit number.. once you enter it .. it will confirm it has been romoved.

To the Telus employee:  IT DOESN'T WORK.  Trust me.  I have spoken with a (rude) person about having this number removed.  The number stopped calling me for a month or so, and started again.  This time I attempted the 00000 bit and it acknowledged that it would remove me.  That was two weeks ago.  Just got woken up by them AGAIN!Sorry to say, Telus refuses to help me in this matter other than to offer some other blocking service which limits you to 12 numbers to block (I've pretty much had to use them all, already, for similar fax schemes).Next step is to research a legal avenue.

Day in and Day out! this is only one of the many. I tried the instructions above, so we shall see how long it takes to work. This is My sole business line so it is important that it is not hogged by these stupid fax services. Not to mention it has never in the 5-6 years I have had it been a fax line.
