been receiving calls from this number hundreds of times. doesn,t sound like a fax machine, just a beep-beep-beep, like a computer is trying to access my computer. this is the first time a phone number actually appeared on our call display-would like them to stop doing this immediately. you'd think if this was a fax machine, they'd figure out they had a LOT of wrong numbers when none of their faxes went through. I personally thing its trying to fish our computer systems. fortunately, we shut our down when its not in use. you may want to do the same just for added protection.

Once is asks for an extention enter 00000 and then it will ask for the 10 digit number.. once you enter it .. it will confirm it has been romoved.

As i finished the last message I rec'd another!

Do not call or fax again!

Today I've received 6 calls from that number.  It's a fax. I've finally connected my modem in order to receive the fax.  The name of the company is Canadian Trade Index.  There is a toll free phone number : 1-+1 877-463-6284.  I called and I leave a message telling them not to continue.  I hope it will work.  I goggled my phone number and I realize that somebody else had my number as it fax number in the past ! I owned that number for 5 years ! (Excuse my english, it's not my mother tongue)
