Called Wednesday 3:30 pm. Displayed '(416) 844-9703'. Answering machine picked it up. Caller hung up. Received call 3:31 pm. 'Private Caller' displayed. Machine picked it up. Caller hung up...Kind of obvious who it was calling back...These kinds of people are really dreadful...

Calling daily, they hang up as soon as my machine picks up the call.  i'm on a do not call list.

THEY CALL EVERYDAY!   Machine picks up and they hang up.It's very annoying!  They're answering machine says Historica Dominion.

On receiving a second call this evening, which I answered and which was promptly disconnected, I called the number. It is indeed the Historica-Dominion Institute.Go to the contact page I posted above, and give instructions not to call, and/or call the number and leave a message giving instructions not to call. Called at 5:00 sUNDAY. Calls almost every day sometimes several times in one day. I never answer if I don't know the number unless they identify themselves on call display. This one just uses the number as the caller.

same routine . they even call on sunday  I did not pick up.. I generally leave calls from unknown numbers
