I had these people call me, claiming to be from Bell... My roommate made the mistake of falling for the offer and giving them her Credit Card information, well after she got off the phone we quickly canceled the card after we read some of these complaints and did a little sleuthing online. I called the number given on here and spoke to a representative who was very reluctant to give out any information on the company and became very defensive when I confirmed that the phone number that called was connected to the company. She kept claiming that there was no supervisor available and my repeated attempts to ask her what the company really does was met by an "I am not authorized to tell you any more". Later in our short conversation, when I informed her that I would have to report this as fraud to the police she then hastily said "Go ahead and do it then". Very unprofessional phone mannerisms.Needless to say, about 10 minutes later we had 4 phone calls from the previous number trying to get a hold of us while we were on hold with Rogers, presumably because the credit card information was then invalid because we canceled the card. I spoke with Bell afterwords and they thanked me for the tipoff and told me that I wasn't the only person to have been taken in by third-party clients. Apparently, the company that called me is an actual licensed Bell provider, through a 3rd company, however they are using some very shady business practices. Needless to say, I'm going to skip going to the CRTC with this and taking it straight to the Better Business Bureau for a full investigation!

Played along and told them to wait while i go find my credit card, muted them and they waited there for 10 minutes while I "looked" for my card. They called back and I told them that nobody from this house had received a call from this number. They then tried to resell me a package again, and I said let me go get my parents. DUH, I'm 40. Put the phone down and never went back. Haven't heard from them since.

Calls occassionally No message

Nov 26, 2009Called and didn't leave a message. I called back , using *67. Automated msg informs me that the voice mailbox is full and can not take msgs.How annoying!!

These people love to call and harass my eldlery parents whom live with Me so They Won't get what they Want!!!! Everytime I ask them to leave a message they hang up. Their Very Bright!!!!
