I just received a call from this number he said he wanted to sign me up for some kind of hydro service and that he was authorized by the government of Ontario! I hung up, that is just not true.

Called my Telus phone, offering free cell phone from Bell Mobility.
After stating I'm a Telus customer and asking why Bell would be contacting me the agent disconnected.

Called my unlisted Rogers cell phone saying he was calling from Bell Mobility offering a free Bell Mobility cell phone.Under questioning, admitted he was from a reseller, NOT from Bell Mobility, that the number was computer-dialed. Made him aware that he was in violation of at least a couple of federal laws. Asked to be transferred to someone who could handle my concerns; of course, call was disconnected at that point.
