This is another IRISTEL number. I got a call last night Form India trying to sell me Bell. My solution is as follows. Buy a Magicjack device and register it with an out of country phone number. When you use it run it through a proxy server. These two moves will tend to protect you from any traces. Then call IRISTEL and ask them to identify the owner of the number. If they don't call them as frequently as you can an tie up their lines with useless conversation. I have spoken to the CRTC about this type of harassment and they say it is NOT Illegal. I also often use an auto dialer to call them on a regular basis. Since I have time to spare I get great satisfaction from harassing the harassers !!!Because these foreign morons are trying to sell Bell services I also call Kevin Crull at  (416) 581-2923. He is the V.P. of wire line services at Bell Canada and is often helpful. If he isn't harasses him to !!!  Do I sound vindictive ?? Dam right I am. I firmly believe in the principal of "and eye for an eye".
