have no idea either...they keep calling everyday and at odd times...

i tried calling back but couldn't understand the answering message.  I think it said Sears Alert...could be wrong though.

Got a call in  my mobile phone but when i returned the call - there's a message saying - the number you called is out of service as per request of the customer.  This is odd.
