Caller: Scammer Pretending to be Service Canada

Received ROBO-Call this morning....male pre-recorded message claiming to be from Service Canada legal - lot of mumbo jumbo double talk about legal court proceedings, threatening arrest warrant to be issued if one ignores this call. Pre-recorded msg then prompts you to PRESS 1 to avoid legal action and to resolve outstanding funds owed to Government payment

DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBERS. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING. This is a variation of the earlier CRA TAX SCAM demanding to send money ASAP to prevent / avoid arrest. PLEASE FOLKS KNOW THAT CANADA GOV'T AGENCY DOES NOT OPERATE LIKE THIS. (Even if you do owe money they will contact you in writing not out of the blue by phone to resolve the issue.)
