Voice message left with name Vick Gordon and requested to call back at 1-+1 800-609-8806 (which either is a FAX number at time or an actual Law office of sorts).  The number on the call display (416) 784-6149 is a voice mail number that is a recording.  This voice mail does not accept messages as the user does not subscribe to voicemail service, says session cannot be continued at this time, and to call back.  System then hangs up.
