Called several times for air duct cleaning.  When advised I don't need this service and not to call back the representative started to yell and told me to "hold on and listen to me". He then threatened me by stating that he knows where I live and he would come and harm me.  He had an East Indian accent and he told me he lives in Konada (Canada???) and not India.  Can someone tell me who they are, where the office is located or a number to reach the management?Thanks
