I keep getting calls form this #. It leaves a voice message in a foreign language that sounds like Chinese. It's automated, and it is the same voice message all the time. I normally don't let things like this bother me, but it happened again today, and so I called the number back, and got verbally harassed by the person that picked up the phone. Called me blind... (while talking on the phone....????). This is maybe the 10th phone call, but the # is not always the same.
