they phoned, but when I answered, they hung up.  This has happened several times now.

unrelentless, non-stop and can not call them. calling me 8 to 10 times a day.  Bell Canada won't help due to privacy issues.WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?!!

This number call me and hang up, very strange. It's from Bell Canada Provider, I'm going to use tracing call services at 5$ against them with police.

Again, I think is Win-Tel communications because they are the only one to call me from this area to where I am. I'm in bad situation with them because I accused them for fraud and they are recovering money (but not able). Win-Tel communication is under Primus Canada provider, this number is provided by Bell Canada. Win-tel offer internet and long distance call services by Primus Canada. If it's them, we can make action against this three companies.
