the secretary which is the doctor's wife was terribly rude!!!!I was just calling to get information to see if I could use their services and All I got in response was critisism and rudeness. I was asking about how to get help to operate my dog because of financial issues. she very rudely responded to me " why did u buy a dog if u dont have money to take care of him?" she told me that if I did not like how she spoke to call somewhere else! and she hung up in my face! I called back and she answered again. I asked her to let me speak to someone else so that I could complain about the terrible customer service. She told me that I could speak to her husband whom is the vet there, but then she told me he was busy and I can't talk to him and she hung up again! I don't recomend this kind of service for anyone. She just made our situation more stressful instead of helping!!!
