Got a call this Thursday morning Aug 23/12 and said to call in regards to file # xxx
They tried to tell me that i owed money to xxx but I had never dealt with that company and found out later he had the wrong person when he called me

I got this call. it is a collector agency.

This number - (416) 733-1413 - dials my business 3 to 6 time a day in what appears to be a somewhat random pattern. There is never a response when I answer the phone. This company is costing me money because my line is forwarded to a long distance location. I am not surprised that some people associate this offence with Rogers. The calls seem to have started when, unknown to me, months after Rogers solicted my business, and I agreed to change from Bell, my business line was converted to Rogers. I'm going to call the 1-888 number, my MP and file a complaint with the CRTC. It is remarkable that businesses such as this could be so inconsiderate of Canadains and Canadian Businesses.

(416) 645-2105 is rogers automated dialers.they are just calling about an overdue billit calls me the day after my bill falls due.

I was getting calls from this number at least 3-4 times a day.... so I read some of the stuff here that you guys wrote and then I wrote them a nasty gram... if that doesn't get through I have talked to the consumer services canada and they told me if they don't stop with the email that they will make them stop.... they were just eating up my minutes when I first started to get the calls because I would answer and no one would be there... so I stopped answering after the third call... at first I thought it was someone trying to get in touch with me but my phone kept dropping but I even tried that number from my house phone number and there was still no one there or as some of you said it rang busy....

I have had enough of that so I will see how the email goes and thank you guys for the information regarding where the number was from....

This  number has been calling me a few times as well it started yesterday i answered it and got no response There is a national list (somewhere out there) that you can input your number and be taken off the telemarketers lsit...which takes a month or so. Just stay away from putting your phone number on any forms on the internet because companies sell your information all the time.
