Got a call this Thursday morning Aug 23/12 and said to call in regards to file # xxx
They tried to tell me that i owed money to xxx but I had never dealt with that company and found out later he had the wrong person when he called me

Started receiving calls from 6 different number. They don't speak when you answer. I have no debts, owe no money or have never had my name put into a collection agency. Funny thing is, I started getting extra calls when i put my number on a do not call list... Interesting.. whos selling phone lists.

(416) 645-2105 is rogers automated dialers.they are just calling about an overdue billit calls me the day after my bill falls due.

yes. you can easily have your number removed by calling in and politely explaining to the representative who answers that this is not your number and you do not know the person you are calling for.

sometimes, people get cell phones, rack up the bill and skip out on paying.
thier numbers are reassigned to innocent people.

so, it is because of deadbeats that you recieve calls from an automated dialer system...they are meant for them and not you.


if the call is for you, you probably owe money. so, wait for a live person to take your call make arrangements to pay the bill.

I've gotten so many calls from this number, the one time I answered it was a recorded message looking for my husband, to "press 1 if this is *person*".  I pressed 1, wanting to find out what this was, and the dude apparently couldn't hear me.  If it is Roger's, the only reason I can see them looking for him is because of a cell phone he had FOUR YEARS AGO that was stolen.  Rogers told us that it was taken care of, and this would be the first we've heard of it since.
August 13th I got 4 calls from them
August 14th I got 7 calls from them.
So far today we're at 3 and it's hardly noon !!

This number - (416) 733-1413 - dials my business 3 to 6 time a day in what appears to be a somewhat random pattern. There is never a response when I answer the phone. This company is costing me money because my line is forwarded to a long distance location. I am not surprised that some people associate this offence with Rogers. The calls seem to have started when, unknown to me, months after Rogers solicted my business, and I agreed to change from Bell, my business line was converted to Rogers. I'm going to call the 1-888 number, my MP and file a complaint with the CRTC. It is remarkable that businesses such as this could be so inconsiderate of Canadains and Canadian Businesses.
