I had to speak first after they called me.  A man spoke with a heavy accent.  I told him to repeat himself and I understood "duct cleaning" and very little else. I hung up.

Another one of those calls where I pick up and say hello, then they say hello.  Don't people understand once I say hello you should speak first?
