I live at 100 Maitland Street and have a complaint about the landlord. He treats everyone poorly without giving any respect and yells and swears at his tenants! This is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I do not appreciate this attidude or treatment when I've been a tenant for years and never have caused a problem. I've always been kind and done by best to please Bill. It's ridiculous that I have to feel on edge in my own apartment and I fear to even sneeze the wrong way or I may get in trouble! He needs some sensitivity training and needs to learn how to deal with people....if he wants respect he needs to show it! I refuse to even give my name or phone number for fear of the backlash from him. I would hope as a management company that this problem will be addressed I know many people in the building that agree with me and feel the same way...I want to see a change asap!
