It's CBV Collections.  They are slippery to do NOT send a cent with proof you owe the debt and that they are legally allowed to try and collect and the SOL hasn't run out (Varies depending on where you are)

it isnt a scam. its a collection office... CALL BACK!

I got a call asking for my mom or me.  And the lady appreantly got angry and said if the person doesnt call within an hour, they will put it to courts.  Any idea if this is a scam?

Oh dear I meant to say do NOT send a cent or admit to anything without first seeing proof of the debt and proof that they are allowed to ask you for it!!
