Just received the call from this number. When answered, it was dead air at first, right when I was going to hang up, a guy spoke asking for the home owner. I ask them what's this about, he just hung up on me.

Some one calling from (416) 661-9915 number everyweek atleast one time. Even if you say hellol! hello! from other side no one talking just pin drop silence. Then, disconnecting the phone. Suspicious call or what for they doing? whom can we report this call?
