Received a phone call just before 1PM EST Oct.31. 2011. Ball display indicated call was from SIPP no one speaks - just dead air. When I phone the number, this number is not in service message? I have noticed other people are receiving similar dead air calls where the call display indicates SIPP, but the number displayed is ndifferent.
