Call at 8:20PM - nobody on line, no response, hang-up.Bad example of telemarketing

Get at least 3 calls per day from this number at all times.I called it back but it disconnects after 3 rings. Who should I report this to so it will stop?

a***oles called at 9pm on a monday night...didnt leave a message. if it is the guelph mercury they need to f*** off as i have told them many times i do not want to subscribe.

How can we stop getting calls from this number.We are receiving calls practically every dayfrom this number ... we answer ... no responseand then a disconnect.Very, very annoying!
